Fake Kat Von D Makeup

Months ago, I bought these fake Kat Von D stuff together with the Fake ABH highlighter that I reviewed “here”. Later today or tomorrow, I will post a review about each of these products, I would just like for you to see these stuff for yourself.

That’s all for now folks and see you all later! 😉

The Shit I Got Last Holiday Season and My Birthday (Makeup Related Only)…

Well, this is another haul… I was planning on putting this shit together with my December-March one, but hey… I figured out that I’ll just put this shit on a separate post.

So, my birthday was in the last week of March, it’s almost the end of May now…

Basically this post is month and a half late, for my birthday… But hey, better late than never.

By the way… some of these stuff are things I would never have bought, or even think of buying right now. Not in any way shape or form… and the birthday thing is more of a haul rather than “the shit  I got” because most of my relatives just gave me straight up cash. The only thing I got as a gift is  a makeup bag from my mom. But hey, I’m still thankful. I really needed the cash at the time because I have clients and I ran low of things.

So, basically most stuff I got by myself are for clients.

Holiday Gifts I got:

Rimmel Stay Glossy Lip gloss in 330 Lily on Park Lane, this was given to me by my grandma; and I love it! I swear by it.

it was already so banged up when I remembered that I haven’t taken a photo of it…

Vintage (I don’t want to say old) Avon Eyebrow Powder; this was another thing from my grandma… she lives in the US though so I only see her every 3-4 years. The date on the packaging says 2000, this was made in the year 2000, I’m older than this product by only 5 years. She never used it though, the pattern on the product itself has never been disturbed… and I can see why; this brow powder is black, my grandma’s hair is light brown, naturally light brown. Why did she bought this? I don’t have any idea. But I do like this  though, I’m just glad that I don’t have sensitive skin, because a product this old can break-out a regular person easily.

I know that it looks brown on the photo, but in real life, it’s black.

Clinique Colour Surge Eyeshadow Duo (sparkling sage and daybreak), My cousin’s wife came home from Canada… and it just happens that he (my cousin) is the one who got my name when we draw lots for our exchange gifts, boy, was I lucky! I got high-end makeup, 6 pieces of them that I never thought I’ll have right now… this duo is one of those 6. And I’m in love with this.

Mac eyeshadow in Juxt, this one of the items I got from that exchange gift stated above. This shade has been discontinued for quite some time now, and I think that this one has been with my cousin’s wife for a long time; but it has never been used, there is not even any sign that it has been swatched. Now I am not complaining; even if this is a hand me down, I don’t fucking care, I’m thankful, since I can’t afford a single Mac eyeshadow with the way I’m living right now. And the budget for the exchange gift is only Php300.00 (Usd6.42) So the Clinique duo and this shade already exceed that budget.

Mac single eyeshadow in Golden Crown, again this shade has been discontinued for a while now, by for a while I mean since 2010. This shade was part of the collection called “A Tartan Tale” which was launched on October 2010. Again this was never used, never swatched, that pattern it has on the eyeshadow itself was still VERY clear when I got it.

Mac Satin Lipstick in Brave, this was supposed to be the lipstick that I will compare my fake ones to… sadly my mom “borrowed” it, and then borrow turned to “thank you for giving this to me” so basically she won’t be returning it. The shade doesn’t work for me though so… meh… Oh and this was brand new, still in the box and never been used.

Mac Lipglass in Revealing, I love this lip glass… sadly it has been discontinued. But this was still new and in the box when I got it. Yep, never been used.

Annabelle Smoothliner in Metal Daze, This is probably the only drugstore product out of the six products I got, this is also new, never been swatched, never been sharpened and I like it, it’s creamy, pigmented and it doesn’t budge until I remove it.

San san Matte Finish Foundation in Warm Almond, this is almost exactly my shade, and as off the moment, my most used foundation.

San san Matte Finish Foundation in Porcelain, The same foundation above, just way lighter, I got for the sole purpose of custom mixing.

San san eyelash curler, this is a pretty good curler; I’m impressed.

A lot of random supplies…

A Cheap No Name Brush Set That I Got For A Very Good Price, I like this; great quality for Php159.00 (Usd3.40), they are synthetic and dyed.

Ever Bilena Pressed Powder in Natural, I got this for my fair skinned clients.

Avon Ideal White Foundation in Ivory Pink, this is the darkest shade available from this line…

Avon Simply Pretty Lipstick Lovestruck ColorBliss Lipstick in Mysterious Mauve, I love this lipstick so fucking much. This shade is amazing!

Disaar Hair Oil with Olive Oil… I love this thing.

Epsa Hairspray. Again, I got this for my clients.

Kiss Beauty Eyelash Glue… This is gooey AF… But it gets the job done so, fuck it.

This cheap 2 in 1 razor pack.

These Moonkini Blending Sponges. I like them, they are soft, and they get the job done.

Avon Makeup Bag, this is big, big enough to hold a lot of stuff for clients.

As you can see, most of the stuff I got for my birthday were “client-centric” or stuff for my kit. I took advantage of my extra cash to invest in my kit.

So, I hope you enjoyed reading this post. I hope you have a nice day and that’s all for now folks, see you all later! 😀

December to March Haul!!!! (Yeah it took me Three Months to make a Haul…)

YEAAAHHHHH!!!! I have a haul… After months of not having one. The only difference is; this shit is huge compared to my other hauls, because it’s three months worth of stuff… Some of these items are cheap some are not. Well, there isn’t actually anything expensive here, since all I’m putting here are things I bought myself. I’m putting the gifts I got for my birthday and last New Year in a separate post.

-Lime Crime Replicas, this shit is the highest viewed post in my blog. I won’t link it here since you probably knew me because of that post.

-Fake Mac Lustre Lipstick in No.19, this is basically a bad, patchy Matte lipstick with shimmer.

-Avon Simply Pretty Long Lash Mascara, I actually find this pretty good but not as good as my San san one.

-A&W Clear Mascara, this is actually a repurchase; I like to use this as a brow base, if that makes sense.

-A&W Brush 007, and 008; these are brushes that I already have but I wanted multiples, so I got them again, while the store that sells them still have stocks.

-I got a fan brush… I can’t read Chinese so I don’t know the brand; but this is another multiple since I bought the same brush months ago. I use it for my cheek highlight.

-Careline Oil Control Powder in Tan

-Avon Simply Pretty Lip Liner in Nude, I love this lip liner… now if only Avon can make it a little BIGGER, it will be very much appreciated.

-Ashley Shine Fashion Color Brow Mascaras in 1,2 and 3. I really want to review these. I really do. But I need to hear from you if you want to see a review of these.

-CCV Blush in 08, I really love this, but not as much as Monaliza Series in 04… but I still like this nonetheless.

-MeNow Pro Kiss Proof Matte Soft Lipsticks in numbers 017 and 010; another item and brand that I want to review.

-Fake MAC 15 pan concealer palette. I just wanna review this too, just saying.

-MeNow Generation II True Lips Lip Liner Pencil in number 60. I like this shade, and it matches that lipstick I got for my birthday, coincidentally.

-Ashley Shine Super Liner Liquid eye liner.

-Avon Tropical Paradise Quad in Aquatic Life, I like this palette. It’s quite good.

-Avon Glimmerstick Brights in Lime Sensation; I like this as a pop of color on the bottom lashline or waterline.

-BaoLiShi Double sided eyeliners, I like them both as eyeliners and shadow bases.

-Sophie Paris Magic Liquid Foundation. The deal with this is the same with magic lipstic. It changes colour as rub it on the skin.

-Ever Bilena Face Powder with Vitamin E in Tan. I love this powder…

-Sophie Soft Matte Lip color in Hera… to me this shade looks more like an Aphrodite than Hera; since I view something named “Hera”as demure, sophisticated and classy, like a nude or a red , and this one seems flirty but, it is more sophisticated than those teeny bopper pinks out there, so… meh. And I like this pink BTW, just saying.

-Avon Simply Pretty Color Magic Lip Balm, as you can see… Filipino companies are obsessed with color changing products…

-Perfect Girl Wet Wipes, it’s cheap, it works; SOLD. Available in blue, green and pink.

-Nail. Art. Stamp.

-Fake Nails!!! I was supposed to use this last New Year’s Eve… But when I opened the glue, I found out that it was dry.

That was all the things I got that was beauty/Makeup related… from December to March, I didn’t really bought anything last april so… -_-

I hope you have a nice day and see you all later! 😀

Another Cheap-Ass Haul

Okay, here is another cheap-ass haul… BTW I forgot to mention that most of the items included in last haul are for my clients, since I do freelance makeup, hair treatments and nails. I don’t just get stuff for no reason, I don’t just buy stuff because I want them, if I just want them, it means; most of the time, that they’re not important. Right at the moment I only get the important stuff that I can actually afford; by important, I mean the stuff I use for work.

Note: I borrowed the money I used for this haul… Because I really do need these stuff for 3 clients. Two of them are going for mani-pedis, while the other one is a friend of mine who will join a pageant called Mr. & Ms. Tourism or something along those lines… he will get his hair and his “male” makeup done by myself. I am not proud of borrowing money off relatives, since it makes me feel like a damn leach, but I do pay up when I have the cash, sometimes with interest. I HATE borrowing money or depending on others, it just steps on my pride so freaking much; but what can I do? Like what I said in my last post, your main goal is to survive.

But really, in the end it’s better to borrow money while you are younger and starting to make a living and a name for yourself; rather than borrowing money in your 30’s or 40’s because you didn’t try and work harder when you’re younger. Basically you wasted your youth.

By the way, there is no makeup in this post… but they can be considered as “cosmetics”, and “cosmetic tools” though. -_-

Now on to the haul (that almost made me feel like banging my head on the nearest wall because of the debt it came with :-/ )!

I shopped all of the items from a store called Trendee, yes it is spelled that way; A store under the management of a company called Asia-One General Merchandise.

The first thing I got is a ten piece comb set. This cost Php65.00  (Usd1.38), a steal considering that most shops online sells this for Php100.00 or higher, and it isn’t available on the other places I frequent ( -_- ). It includes all the basics you’ll need from a teasing comb to a pitchfork comb.

Then I got this! This is a hair coloring brush with a hook for a tail. I forgot the proper name of this but it sure is useful, it’s a multi tasking tool and is amazing for the price I got it for which is Php15.00 (Usd0.32).

Now lets go to the nail art tools I got, here is a set of dotting tools of different sizes, back then (as in until to yesterday morning) I was using a wooden pointed cuticle stick to make dots, now  got this! and this is the item I was very excited about, it is also the most expensive item here! It cost me Php120.00 (Usd2.55).

Then I got nail art brushes that comes in a set of three, it includes a pointed brush, a flat one and an angled one. It cost me Php78.00 (Usd1.65).

Then I got two nail decor wheels, one has a design of fruit cut-outs while the other are assorted colored tear shaped rhinestones. Each of them cost Php48.00 (Usd1.02). Both cost Php96.00 (Usd2.04)

Then I got this fairly ordinary round nail art display card for Php10.00 (Usd0.21).

Now, last but not the least, the only legit cosmetic product here, this awesome little mofo! Derma Vio Nail Polish Remover Pads, this thing is actually pretty effective; the pad actually just slight touched my painted nail and a chunk of the polish came off! I’m quite impressed and annoyed at the same time since I’ve only been wearing that polish for a day! And this cost me just Php28.00 (Usd0.59), it is a little oily though but still totally worth it!

The over all cost of every single this is Php412.00 (Usd8.74). Which I’ll need to pay off this month, but hey almost everything here is reusable, so the head ache from the debt is worth it! 😀

So, that’s all for now, see you later! 😉

Cheap-*ss Haul! ;-)

Well it’s been a while since my last haul post (over a damn year ago)… The things I bought during that time is a bit more expensive compared to what I’m going to show all of you now. But if you are interested to read that I’ll link it “here” so if you have the time please check it out! 😀

Here are the beautiful little bitches!

All in all I got nine items, from three different stores; HBC, Glory Sun and Mercury Drug. Here are the items:

From Mercury Drug:

Careline oil control face powder refill in Natural, which cost me Php65.00 (Usd1.39).

From HBC:

-San san blending sponge, that I got for Php70.00 (Usd1.50 )and HBC Essensials Brow Razor, which I got for Php18.00 (Usd0.39).

From Glory Sun:

An Ashley Shine Color Eyebrow kit in number 2, this cost Php39.00 (Usd0.84).

Two sets of Miss Beauty False lashes that cost me Php9.00 (Usd0.19) each.

A set of Yi Na False Eyelashes in #01, which I got for Php22.00 (Usd0.47).

Two bottles, the one on the left has a pump, while the other one has a spritzer. These retails for Php15.00 (Usd0.32) each.

Everything cost me Php262.00 (Usd5.62), which is not a bad amount for the number of items I bought… Because in the end having a bargain is better than going broke for getting stuff that you can barely pay for. Which is F*ck*ng stupid.

One of these days I might do a review for the sponge, eyelashes and the powder products; that is all for this post please take care. 🙂

May-June Collective haul!

Okay, welcome to another post(which should have been posted last Monday evening or Yesterday)! Back in Monday, I did a post; which is a first impression and unboxing of  a product included in this haul. You can click “here” if you want to see that.

Disclaimer: I didn’t buy all of these things in one go. I saved money to get them. Yep, I do know how to save my money (my mom, brother and grandma, doesn’t believe it though T-T ).

Let’s go with the haul!

these are the all the things I got… not much but trust me, it’s a good thing that I didn’t get all of them in one go.

Okay here is the list of everything.

  • Top, extreme left is an AVON Extra Lasting eyeliner in Shimmering Storm (a navy blue eyeliner)
  • Beauty Treats L.A. Makeup Primer
  • AVON Over Nature Lipstick in Tropical Coral
  • AVON Over Nature Makeup Palette in Garden Voyage
  • Bottom, left is L.A. Girl 5 piece Essential Brush set
  • AVON Fab 5 piece brush set with pouch
  • e.l.f. Little Black Beauty Book Day Edition
  • (I forgot to include it in the photo) e.l.f.  Blending Eye Brush

So now I’m gonna discuss everything briefly. I won’t go into too much detail with everything since I might post a review for each item.

Swatches will be up in my Swatch Bank in a week’s time.

Now let’s go to the first item.

AVON Extra Lasting eyeliner in Shimmering Storm

This little girl here has 2.5 ml of product, it has an applicator that looks really identical to the applicator of NICHIDO precise mineral liner, now that I think about it… It’s a navy blue liner, it’s not waterproof, not smudge proof and it’s not that long lasting, since it only lasts for about three to four hours, but still good (update 9/30/15: Not really, right now I do not think that the price I paid for it is worth it… the quality of this mofo sucks, but I did find a way to use it and make it last though, I set it with a blue shadow…). The real reason why I got this is because I need a blue liner and I like the shade of blue that this product has and the blue is shimmery! I don’t have the money at the time so I just ordered this one since you can pay it in installment for a month (You can pay the AVON lady weekly or daily). The cost of this product varies from campaign to campaign (I forgot the price I got it for, already (it’s fucking Php299.00… 299 Damn it!) :-D).

The next thing on the list is the Beauty Treats L.A. Makeup Primer that I got at the department store of SM City Calamba.

This primer is really nice for the price that it came for, this is my go to primer right now. The only con I saw with one was the cap it has (that I lost already) since it’s very useless; it doesn’t cover the pump properly, since that part where the product comes out is totally exposed. This baby retails for Php129.00

Next is AVON Over Nature Lipstick in Tropical Coral.

I like this lipstick. That’s all I’m going to say. BTW I got this one last Friday, and so far it doesn’t disappoint. If you want details about this one, just read the review I made about it ( 😛 ). (update: it still doesn’t disappoint)

The one after that is the AVON Over Nature Makeup Palette

To me… this product is good. Not the best but it’s good enough, if you have the money, go ahead and buy it, but if you don’t just skip it, you don’t need it that much in your life.

(The two Over Nature collection products have a review, BTW just like the eyeliner both of these could be payed by installment.)

Next one is the L.A Girl 5 piece Essential Brush set.

This one retails for about  Php400.00 to Php500.00. And this baby have really awesome quality for the price. The pouch is great too. 😉

The one after that is the AVON Fab 5 piece brush set with pouch.

I got it for Php99.00, but it’s regular price is Php399.00 (which in my opinion, is too much to pay for this particular set). I got this baby the same time I got the eyeliner, during the time I was looking for the AVON mineral dual-ended brush that I have been wanting for a while, I was willing to pay full price for it, but sadly it was out of stock. So I got what was available, and to my luck, the price was marked down to Php99.00. I’ll make a full review on this, so you’ll know why I think that Php399.00 is too  much.

Next one is the e.l.f. Little Black Beauty Book Day Edition.

I got this together with the L.A Girl brush set. Sadly, I do not think that this is still available online, I think, this was a limited edition version of this line, since the only versions available on the e.l.f. site were the warm and cool editions, but who knows maybe it’s still available in stores or some other shops online. I got this for Php399.00, and it is the last one available in the SM Calamba department store. This baby is a little bit hit and miss, mostly hits though, so that’s cool :-D.

The next one is the e.l.f. Blending Eye Brush.

I got this little girl from SM department store, the same time I got the Beauty Treats makeup primer. At the time I was looking for a proper blending brush. Since the blending brush I was using from my San san brush set looks and works more like an eyeshadow brush than a blending one… this baby however resembles a crease brush a little bit, but still does a really great job in blending eyeshadows. 😉

So that’s all for this haul and see you guys later! 🙂
